It comes two weeks after Princess Kate announced she was "in remission" from cancer after she undertook her first solo engagement in more than a year at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London.
During her visit, the Princess spent time with children receiving care and their families at the hospice.
Kate also joined a "stay and play" session, which sees the children enjoy meaningful play and activities alongside their care as well as meeting with bereaved families supported by Tŷ Hafan.
