The Prince and Princess of Wales are 'relatable' according to a royal fan in America
Princess Kate is the "woman of William's dreams", according to an American royal super fan, who spoke exclusively to GB News about the US's love for the Princess of Wales.
During Prince William's recent trip to New York City, the royal watcher told GB News: "I've been a royal fan since I was about eight years old. It all started with Princess Diana."
When asked about how she felt about the Prince of Wales's visit to New York, the Brooklyn local said: "It's so exciting. I was so depressed because I didn't get to go to Boston.
"When I heard he was going to New York City because I'm from Brooklyn, I like was like, where is he going to be? When is he going to be here? And I rushed in."
Americans find William and Kate "relatable", according to the royal superfan.
She explained: "A lot of people in America loved Princess Diana. So just seeing Prince William grow up, meet the woman of his dreams, marry and have a family and everything else.
"Plus, all of the projects that they do are really great. The mental health initiatives with addiction and children.
"They just also seem very normal. I think that's how people relate to them.

"And they're young. A lot of people relate to them that way too."
The Prince and Princess of Wales live in Adelaide Cottage in Windsor and have three children, Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, eight, and Prince Louis, five.
Despite living on the other side of the Atlantic, Americans still appear to love the Wales family.
William recently took a trip to New York to promote his Earthshot Prize Awards, which will take place in Singapore next year.
