Princess Kate looks set to miss the Olympics as the sporting competition enters its second week.
The Princess of Wales was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and has been receiving preventative chemotherapy treatment.
So far in 2024, the royal has only made two public appearances.
The first came on June 15 at Trooping the Colour alongside her children Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte 9 and Prince Louis, 6.

The second came almost a month later on July 14 during the men's singles final at Wimbledon.
Princess Kate was joined by her daughter Princess Charlotte and sister Pippa Matthews during the appearance on Centre Court.
Kate is strongly interested in sports and attended the London 2012 Olympics alongside Prince William.
However, the Princess of Wales looks set to miss the Olympics this year.

Princess Kate is awaiting medical advice from her doctors ahead of making her next major public appearance.
It is unlikely she will undertake an international engagement outside the UK at this point in her recovery.
Royal commentator Phil Dampier told The Sun that the Princess of Wales was unlikely to attend the Olympics in Paris this week.
Dampier said: "I’m sure Kate would love to go to Paris with William to watch some events but whether she does or not would depend on the advice of her doctors.

“It was great to see her at Trooping the Colour and presenting the trophy to Carlos Alcaraz at Wimbledon but she will be pacing herself and not doing too much too soon because of her cancer diagnosis.
“She is still undergoing treatment and is in recovery so she needs to be careful.
“Large sporting events are of course a breeding ground for viruses and there is a lot of Covid around at the moment so she would not want to get that."
Kate is set to travel to Scotland this summer to join members of the Royal Family at Balmoral.
The trip to the royal residence will be the longest she has travelled since being diagnosed with cancer, according to the Mail.
