Goldsmith responded: "If she is sitting behind a sofa, yes!"
He added: "It'll be a nice one in a nice house somewhere, I can guarantee that!"
The 58-year-old is Carole Middleton's younger brother, making him an uncle to Kate and Pippa Middleton.
His appearance on reality TV comes as Princess Kate, 42, underwent "planned abdominal surgery" in January.
Goldsmith has previously said that Kate is "the most spectacular person I've ever met".
Carole's younger brother attended the wedding of the Prince and Princess of Wales in 2011.
He also attended Pippa Middleton's wedding to James Matthews in 2017, which took place in Bucklebury.
The Princess of Wales was a bridesmaid at Goldsmith's first wedding to sales executive Miranda Foote in 1991.
