Princess Kate recently made a secret trip to the Lake District without her iconic sapphire engagement ring.
The Princess of Wales visited the scenic area last month to film a short video with Chief Scout Dwayne Fields.
Their discussion focused on the importance of the natural world for health and wellbeing. The film showed the pair walking near the shores of Lake Windermere.
They spent time with a group of Scouts aged between 10 and 15 from Cumbria and Greater Manchester.

Instead of wearing Princess Diana's iconic sapphire engagement ring, Kate, 43, wore her "replacement" sapphire and diamond eternity ring - which she began wearing last year during her chemotherapy treatment.
Kate and Fields explored how spending time in nature helps deepen connections and build important life skills.
During their conversation, the Princess and Fields discussed how nature can help build empathy, resilience and a sense of belonging.
They also explored the impact natural environments have on young people's confidence and skills development.

Kate shared her personal connection to nature during the film: "I find it a very spiritual and very intense emotional reconnection I suppose, these environments."
She added: "Not everyone has that same relationship perhaps with nature, but it is so therefore meaningful for me as a place to balance and find a sort of sense of peace and reconnection in what is otherwise a very busy world."
Fields emphasised the importance of natural spaces for young people's development: "I think it's really important for young people to have access to nature because it's a space where they can push themselves, they can challenge themselves, they learn leadership skills, spend time making friends and those life-long really great memories that we all hold onto."
He continued: "And I think if we can do that, we'll build up a generation who is passionate about our natural spaces and passionate about protecting them as well."

Scouts regularly enable 450,000 young people to engage with and experience wellbeing in nature. This cause is very close to the Princess's heart.
Reflecting on the film, Fields shared his thoughts about the value of time spent outdoors: "In an increasingly complex world digital technology has its place, but the few hours we spent in the hills without screens was magical: we are often at our best in the outdoors.£
He emphasised his desire for more young people to experience similar adventures: "Outdoor adventures can build the vital skills young people need for the rest of their lives, they hugely benefit health and wellbeing, and boost friendships."
He added that with more adult volunteers, they hope to get more young people out into nature.

The experience demonstrated the powerful impact of screen-free time in natural settings.
The Princess of Wales has been Joint President of Scouts since 2020. This Lake District visit marked her first meeting with Dwayne Fields.
Fields took on his role as Chief Scout in September 2024.
