Angela Levin has blasted the speculation on the health of the Princess of Wales and labeled it "rude and unkind."
Princess Kate has been recovering from a planned abdominal procedure and it was revealed that she would not return to her royal duties until after the Easter holidays.
Social media has been filled with wild theories ever since the Princess of Wales was first admitted to hospital for the operation.
Guidance at the time made clear that few updates would be provided and asked for the public to respect Kate and William's privacy.

Speaking on GB News royal correspondent Angela Levin said: "The public are so rude, so unkind and so demanding, it is as if they own her and as if they bought her.
"I think it's an absolutely appalling way to behave towards someone who's been so dignified and dutiful. You couldn't expect more of her as a mother.
"You can see her children adore her and as an heir to the throne, she adores William, so leave her alone. I think it's just appalling."
"She doesn't want the children to know what she's had. I think any mother would feel the same," Angela explained.
"The children are old enough to know what is happening and get worried, and I think that's a big problem. I've also had someone quite close to Kate who says to me she has given someone a kidney, it has nothing to do with her illness. I have no idea whether or not this is true.
"It does leave you very languid and not well. I don't know if it's that because she did seem to be great until she went into the hospital.
"I'm not saying that is what it is and I haven't had it proven in any way, but it makes more sense to me than other things that people have been saying."
This comes after it has been revealed that Kate and William may be weighing up the idea of talking about her health to end the speculation.
A royal source said: "They [the Prince and Princess of Wales] are at their most open when out interacting with members of the public and I can see a world in which the princess might discuss her recovery out on engagements."

"If she was going to do it, that’s how she would do it."
A close friend who has known the couple since their university days added: "They will want to be clear and more open, but they’ll do it when they feel ready.
"I would expect that to be her instinct and it will be her call. They’re not going to be rushed."
Another source told The Sunday Times that the choice was completely up to them - especially given that nothing has changed since the original guidance was issued from the Palace.
They said: "In Kate’s case, there is almost nobody else in the world whose face, body, clothes are more judged than hers.
"So it’s entirely right for them not to want to be drawn into a game about what is going on with her health.
"What is happening is exactly what they said would happen — she would spend two weeks in hospital and be back after Easter. So what if they haven’t pushed her out there to wave from the back of a car? She is not a show pony.”
