"Thank you for shining a light on Baby Loss Awareness Week once again."

Kate's new statement comes just one week after she made her official return to royal duties.

Last week, Kate joined the Prince of Wales to meet with bereaved family members of the Southport stabbing victims.

It followed the princess's emotional video from September, where she confirmed her chemotherapy treatment had come to an end.
