For all of Kate's subsequent appearances, she was wearing her diamond and sapphire eternity ring, assumed to be a gift from the Prince of Wales.
To complement her engagement ring, Kate wore a £549 double-breasted blazer from Holland Cooper.
She paired this with leather boots from the brand, See By Chloe, which are unfortunately no longer in stock.
To accessorise, the future Queen wore a Cartier watch and Kiki McDonough Pear Drop Earrings, which retail for £850.
