Kate's friends have passionately defended the Princess of Wales against "so much bull****" over the past few weeks.
The royal's friends said it was "almost desperate" that the princess felt "coerced" into revealing her cancer diagnosis to the world last week, after weeks of cruel conjecture online.
Those close to Princess Kate argue she was "so honest" in speaking to the public about her health battle after the "whole world has been gossiping about her".
The future Queen announced she was undergoing preventative chemotherapy for cancer following major abdominal surgery in January.

Friends of the royal shared their anger at the conspiracy theories that followed Kate's recent health concerns.
Sources from Kensington Palace suggested by making her diagnosis public, Kate was protecting Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, eight, and Prince Louis, five.
The announcement was made on Friday because this was when Kate's children began their Easter holidays, meaning the Waleses could tell the children themselves.
However, some close to the princess claimed the reason she went public was, in part, to silence conspiracy theorists.

One friend told The Times: "Catherine's message was so honest.
"Isn't it sad that she has to be so honest and share that because of all the nonsense that has been around?
"I feel like the whole world has been gossiping about her and there is so much bull**** out there about her and her family.
"It was almost desperate that she had to do it."

Another friend added: "She felt she had to do it because of who she is.
"It was more that she knows she is a public figure and has a wider leadership responsibility.
"She also wants to be able to carry on with as active and normal a routine as possible."
