James Middleton shares sweet insight into his family life as Carole and Pippa rally around Princess Kate

James, 36, is also a father-of-one with his wife, Alizee Thevenet, whom he married in France back in 2021.

He captioned the post: "Mabel was so well-behaved at the vets for her booster shots.

"I suspect the treats had something to do with it... Do you have any questions about travelling to Europe with your dogs?"

This comes as his older sister, Princess Kate, recently returned home from hospital after having "planned abdominal surgery".

Kate, like her younger brother James, lives in Windsor along with her husband Prince William, and her three children Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, eight, and Prince Louis, five.

James is not the only other Middleton to live in the Berkshire area.

Carole Middleton, 69, and Pippa Middleton, 40, both live in Windsor with their respective husbands, Michael Middleton and James Matthews.

Pippa and James also have three children of their own, Arthur, five, Grace, two, and Rose, one.

According to reports, Pippa, James and Carole Middleton have rallied around Princess Kate following her abdominal surgery.

It is said that Kate's parents have been an "enduring presence" for the Princess of Wales since her return home last Monday, and are "there to lend support”.

The source added: “Her parents are an enduring factor in the upbringing of their grandchildren.

“And they will be a reassuring presence when she goes back to Windsor to recuperate.”

Carole and Michael live in Bucklebury Manor, which is a 40-minute drive away from Adelaide Cottage on Windsor Great Park.
