King Charles was joined by members of the Royal Family on the balcony of Buckingham Palace to watch a military flypast.
It marked the end of today’s Trooping the Colour to celebrate the King’s birthday.
Thousands of people filled The Mall to catch a glimpse of the Royal Family and join them in watching the flypast.
Highlights included 18 Typhoon fighter jets spelling out “CR”, the King’s monogram for Charles Rex.
The Red Arrows also made an appearance, letting off red white and blue smoke.
After the flyover the national anthem was played and members of the Royal Family including Princess Anne, Kate Middleton and Prince William waved at the gathered crowds as they cheered.
