The Duchess of York is confirmed to discuss her mental health in a new candid interview this week.
Sarah Ferguson, 65, has been very open about the difficulties of battling two different cancer diagnoses in recent years.
The mother-of-two will be interviewed by Professor Ramzi Khamis at the Imperial Valve and Cardiovascular Course on Thursday.
The interview, titled "Talking from the Heart", will begin at 3pm and is set to last for 40 minutes.

Fergie is expected to discuss her two cancer diagnoses and the impact they had on her mental health.
The former wife of Prince Andrew will additionally speak about her work as the founder of Children in Crisis and Sarah's Trust.
Millbrook Medical Conferences confirmed the interview earlier today, writing on social media: “We are pleased to welcome Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York to @Imperial_IVCC.
“@SarahTheDuchess will be taking part in an interview with Prof. @rkhamis titled 'Talking from the Heart' on Thursday 27th February, 15:00 - 15:40.
“Sarah will discuss mental health through cancer diagnoses, her work as founder of Children in Crisis and Sarah's Trust, and the healing power of nature.”
The mother of Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie previously spoke to the Times about the impact of her cancer diagnoses.
She said: “It was hard. I’m generally a positive person but cancer is like a bomb going off in your life.
"One diagnosis is enough to deal with, but I had two in the space of a year.

“I don’t mind admitting that my mind went to some dark places, reflecting on my own mortality.”
The Duchess of York is currently in remission after battling breast cancer and melanoma.
Doctors have advised Sarah to have regular check-ups. She has said she is keeping a positive outlook and is grateful that she is not having to undergo chemotherapy or immunotherapy.
Fergie has been open about her health journey and has urged others to get checked. She has also used her podcast to raise awareness about breast cancer.
