In today's GB News Daily Reflection, we speak about using the period of Lent to "inhabit more deeply that prayer of Jesus".

"God welcomes our prayers, whatever our needs. But we need to learn that he is the one with the perfect view. Sometimes he'll answer yes, other times no. Often it's wait.

"Lent is a season to inhabit more deeply that prayer of Jesus. Not my will, but your will be done. That is prayer in its truest form."
