In today's GB News Daily Reflection, we recall the story of Barnabas.
"Today in the church calendar is Saint Barnabas Day, when we remember him. And his nickname was Son of Encouragement because he was such an encourager.
"He was so generous in spirit and heart to those around him, especially when they needed him most. Barnabas was a friend to Paul when he needed it most.
"That's something that each one of us, you and I, can be to those around us, those in our lives who need it most today. How about being a Barnabas to someone who needs you today?"
