GB NEWS - PREMIUM RATE SERVICE

Notice Concerning the Use of Controlled Premium Rate Services (“PRS”) 1st December 2023 to 1st December 2024:

The broadcast licences held by GB News Limited ("GB News" or the "Licensee") include the following obligations in relation to PRS, which can be seen here

These obligations require GB News to maintain verification of competitions where PRS are used. In order to do so GB News retained MCP Insights to provide third party verification work covering the GB News Channel for the period 1 December 2023 to 1 December 2024.

As a director of GB News Limited I am satisfied that the PRS services have been verified by an appropriately independent third party and that GB News has in place suitable procedures to fulfil the obligations upon it as a licensee under the terms of its Ofcom license.
