Wes Streeting: Postal voting issues are a disgrace

Labour's Wes Streeting has blasted the postal voting mishap as a "disgrace", saying many have not been able to make their voices heard in the General Election as a result.

Many are yet to receive their ballot papers ahead of this year's vote.
