'He's wiped the floor with Rachel!' - Tory MP picked up on mic taking blistering swipe at Reeves

A Tory MP has been caught on the Commons microphones taking a swipe at Chancellor Rachel Reeves, as former Prime Minister Rishi Sunak delivered his scathing verdict on Labour's Budget.

As the Chamber briefly went quiet, a female MP can be heard declaring "he's wiped the floor with Rachel!"
