Kemi Badenoch has taken aim at Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer and Reform UK leader Nigel Farage in her latest speech to supporters.

The Conservative leader told the speech at the Alliance for Responsible Citizenship (ARC) conference in ExCel, east London that the problem was not liberalism but instead "weakness".
