Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has vowed to lock the UK to the European Convention on Human Rights just days after Nigel Farage warned the Strasbourg court means the Channel crossing crisis will "never stop".
Speaking at Interpol's summit in Glasgow, the Prime Minister said: "We will never withdraw from the European Convention on Human Rights."
Starmer, who was setting out the UK's plan to halt the migrant crisis, instead vowed to act “with humanity and with profound respect for international law”.
