Pimlico Plumbers founder Charlie Mullins has announced he will stand as a Reform UK councillor following a personal request from Nigel Farage, despite having left the UK six months ago.
Speaking to GB News, Mullins said he would return to Britain if necessary, claiming the country is "going down the pan rapidly" under Labour.
