A black man who once voted for Obama has revealed the reason that he backed Donald Trump in the 2024 election.
The Republican significantly increased his support among black voters in the presidential election with exit polls ahead of the victory showing notable gains, particularly among black men.
Speaking to GB News, Roshan told GB News: "I've usually been very liberal leaning, but I think maybe in the last few years, woke culture has alienated certain black men and black men are very pro family.
"We're very intuitive and we know when we're being pandered to for votes. I feel like we were chosen last to be spoken to on Kamala's election and and we know that when that she made a name for herself and her career contributing to mass incarceration."

He added: "I think black men are saying enough is enough with woke culture and and we don't feel like our voice is being heard by the Democrats."
In Georgia, Trump secured 12 per cent of black voters, up one percentage point from 2020.

The shift was even more pronounced in North Carolina, where Trump's share of black voters jumped from 5 per cent in 2020 to 12 per cent this year.
The Edison Research exit polls indicated Trump's gains weren't limited to a single state, showing increased support among black voters across multiple battlegrounds.
These demographic shifts represented a significant change from traditional voting patterns, with Trump's campaign successfully converting some traditionally Democratic voters.

Roshin explained: "I don't know what Kamala Harris stands for as a politician.
"She's very inauthentic and she panders to everyone.
"I feel like black men are very intuitive. It's really easy to tell when someone won't take a stand."

According to Edison Research, Trump's support among Latino male voters increased by 18 percentage points compared to 2020.
In Nevada, Trump's Latino support rose by 11 percentage points, while Arizona saw a 4-point increase from four years ago.
