Steve Bannon has issued a stark warning to President Trump supporters, telling GB News that despite the "tremendous victory" in November, "we're still at war".
The former White House chief strategist cautioned against complacency following Trump's electoral success.
Bannon told The People's Channel: "If they [The Democrats] steal 2028, or for some reason we don’t prevail, which will be them stealing it, they’re going to put Trump back on trial.
"They’re going to put me back in prison. I think every day this thing is all or nothing.

"Just because we had this tremendous victory in November and October at the time, they’re all partying and everything’s great and everybody’s running around with a MAGA [Make America Great Again] hat now.
"I said it’s fine, but understand, we’re at war.

"We had four parties during the inauguration, packed every night with people in ball gowns. I said 'guys, tomorrow we’ve got to go to work. We’re at war'.
"This is a wake-up call. We’re at the top of the first day. Like in England, we’re at the top of the first ending of this. This has taken 50, 60, 70 years to get this bad.
"It’s not going to be turned around that quickly. A guy like Donald Trump, as powerful as he is, as focused as he is, as admired as he is, and as big as his movement is, we struggle every day.
"This story is in the final chapter. This story is far from being written."
Bannon served his prison sentence for defying a subpoena from the congressional committee investigating the January 6, 2021 Capitol attack.
He was convicted in July 2022 on two counts of contempt of Congress and sentenced to four months at FCI Danbury in Connecticut.
Upon his release, Bannon recorded an episode of his podcast, referring to himself as a "political prisoner".
He faces separate charges in New York State related to allegedly defrauding donors to a We Build the Wall fundraising campaign.

ReutersThe charges include money laundering, conspiracy and fraud. Bannon has pleaded not guilty.
He was previously convicted in a similar federal case in 2020 but received a pardon from Trump before leaving office.
Unlike the federal case, Trump would not be able to pardon Bannon for any state-level convictions in New York.
