Vice President Kamala Harris has "a lot of accountability to answer for" after President Joe Biden withdrew from the US election campaign.
Harris, who has been endorsed by the 81-year-old, looks likely to become the Democratic Party's nominee after raising a record $81million in 24 hours.
Speaking outside the White House for the first time since her endorsement, Harris said Biden's "legacy of accomplishment is unmatched in modern history".
Detailing the upcoming campaign for Harris ahead of the November election, Foreign Correspondent Sara Firth said it is "full steam ahead" for "Harris HQ", as she has now received "enough support from Democratic delegates to be the nominee".

Firth explained: "Harris HQ, as it's been renamed, has been claiming that the money they've raised, a record-breaking amount of fundraising, was in the time since it was announced that Kamala Harris was going to be running for president."
Asking people about Kamala Harris outside of the White House, Firth told GB News that many voters were left "disappointed" by the lack of detail in Biden's statement and from Harris about the US leader's health.
Firth said: "It's a really mixed reaction. A lot of people said they were disappointed in the fact that they obviously felt that they hadn't been given perhaps as much information as they needed about Biden, about his state, about his health.
"There is a lot of support though for Kamala Harris, a lot of people saying they feel invigorated, they feel excited."

Firth also added that on the other side of the political coin, Republican supporters are still determined for their nominee Donald Trump to beat Harris in November.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:
Firth told GB News: "Amongst the Republican supporters, they were saying it might have been a curveball for the Republican Party, but they still think Trump is in it to win it.
"But the big question here today on many Americans' lips is where is Joe Biden?"
Sharing the latest on the President since his announcement on Sunday, Firth revealed: "He called into Harris HQ, he spoke to Kamala Harris, it was very warm. People want to see him, though.
"After this major announcement that he's stepping down from the re-election bid, we haven't seen him since."

Discussing Harris's "tough" campaign trail following Biden's announcement, Firth noted that there are "questions that need to be answered" about Joe Biden's health.
Firth told GB News: "There are a lot of people out there who are questioning this decision so late in the day, already feeling let down by the Democratic Party, by the White House and the party around the president.
"Kamala Harris is within that inner circle, she's the Vice President. So all these questions about why the American public didn't know sooner, the state of Biden's health and his ability to run for the next four years - why weren't people informed of this?
"Kamala Harris has a lot of accountability there that she has to answer to as well."
