Congressman Andy Ogles issued a fiery message to Kamala Harris

When asked to outline Kamala Harris’s record on the border crisis, Congressman Andy Ogles told GB News that the current administration had caused “dumpster fires” by being weak on foreign policy.
The Republican congressman representing Tennessee’s 5th congressional district said: “Well we have existing immigration laws in this country, and you had the secretary of Homeland Security who was ignoring those laws. You have a Department of Justice who's ignoring those laws.
“He had the Biden administration, who tried to create a new class, a new status for those who are here illegally so that they couldn't be deported.
“And then just the sheer volume, I mean, at the end of the day, the sheer volume of individuals that have come into this country, the fact that we know that there are over 300 terrorist individuals on the terror watch list in this country.
“The number of illegals that came into this country under Joe Biden is more individuals than the entire state of Tennessee.
“That is an impeachable offence. She's derelict in her duty and she should not be President of the United States.
“My hope is that we elect Donald Trump in a big way, to send a message to the Democratic Party that you have failed this country.
“You failed on the global stage as well. You look at Haiti, you look at Israel, you look at Ukraine, you look at Niger, you look at all the places around the world that are nothing but dumpster fires because Joe Biden, Kamala Harris were weak on foreign policy, they're weak on domestic policy, and they've absolutely trashed our cities because of the illegal immigration.”

The roughly 54,000 migrant arrests from October 1-30 were far less than the US Border Patrol's monthly arrest average of 160,000 in the first eight months of 2024.
In August, Biden imposed heavy restrictions on migrants attempting to cross the border and has blocked most people crossing illegally from claiming asylum.
In addition, Mexico has stepped up its immigration enforcement following US pressure.
“We feel very confident in the strategy that we're employing to manage this,” a senior US Customs and Border Protection official told Reuters.
During his presidency, Trump cracked down on both legal and illegal immigration and has promised that if reelected to introduce historic levels of deportations.
When asked how Trump would end the migrant crisis, Ogles said 'secure the border and start deporting people'

When asked how Trump would end the migrant crisis, Ogles said: “First off, you secure the border and you start deporting people.
“And when people realize and recognize the fact that if they come here illegally, they're going to be sent home, that reverses the flow of individuals.
“And look, I understand that we need workers. I understand that whether it's for agriculture or construction or the service industry, we need technical workers. I get all of that. But there has to be a legal process for individuals to come into this country, in the same way that if I wanted to go to the UAE and work, I would have to apply.
“There's a process. I would have to pay their taxes. I could never vote and I could never become a citizen.
“Those are just the way it's done again in most of the rest of the world, and that's the way we should be doing it. And I will also say, if you came here illegally, you should automatically be not eligible for citizenship and you should, quite frankly, be deported.”
