President Biden is said to be deliberately undermining Kamala Harris' presidential campaign after being forced to abandon his own re-election bid.
Political pundits are increasingly voicing concerns about Biden's apparent lack of support for his vice president.
The allegations come in the wake of Biden's departure from the race in July, reportedly due to pressure from top party members over concerns about his cognitive abilities.
Since then, observers have noted Biden's minimal involvement in Harris' campaign events and a series of actions that seem to favour Republicans.

Beyond a basic endorsement, the president has been notably absent from his vice president's campaign events.
His actions have at times overshadowed Harris' efforts, such as when he delivered his own comments on Hurricane Helene after Harris had cancelled a campaign event to return to Washington for a briefing on the storm.
"Biden is intentionally enacting revenge on Kamala for knifing him in the back," Jason Meister, a Republican political strategist on Trump's campaign advisory board claimed.

Biden's actions have raised eyebrows over recent months.
In a controversial move, he was seen wearing a "Trump 2024" cap during a 9/11 anniversary event last month.
More recently, Biden praised Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis for his state's hurricane preparedness, just a day after Harris complained that DeSantis had not taken her call regarding the same issue.
However, a source from Biden's camp also claimed the president was unaware of DeSantis refusing Harris' call when he praised the governor's hurricane response.
Hank Sheinkopf, a New York-based Democratic strategist, suggested Biden's behaviour could be a "power move" to "ensure that people understand who the boss still is."
He added: "It would be absolutely ridiculous to assume that he has no resentment over how he was treated or how, frankly, he was forced out in what some would describe as a coup."
Vivek Ramaswamy, a former Republican presidential candidate, suggested at a Trump rally that Biden might secretly be rooting for Trump's success in Pennsylvania.
Ramaswamy later told The Post: "I think it's clear that Joe is still bruised by what happened."

Bates said that critics "seem to have missed" that Biden "made clear he was all-in for" Harris "out of the gate when he left the campaign, and has consistently fought for her and praised her leadership to the country."
He emphasised Biden's commitment to their shared agenda, saying the president "believes fiercely in an agenda that will move us into the future, away from unhinged divisiveness and extreme policies the country can't afford to go back to, like MAGAnomics and a national abortion ban."
