Joe Biden seemed to freeze on stage at a star-studded fundraiser before Barack Obama came to his rescue and pulled the president away.
The latest incident was captured at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles where the former president and Biden received a standing ovation.
The 81-year-old can be seen waving and putting his thumb up to the audience.
However, Biden then stops moving and stares into the crowd for a period of time.
