Criminal Defence Attorney Chandelle Summer has branded Fani WIllis' alleged affair 'outrageous' as her relationship with top prosecutor could 'derail' Trump's election interference case.
It comes as Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis, who is driving the landmark election interference case against ex-President Donald Trump, faces accusations that she improperly hired her lover as the case prosecutor.
Speaking to Patrick Christys on GBN America, Summer said: "It is outrageous and I think it has rocked both the legal community in Georgia and the prosecution.
"It gave the defence the break they needed in this case because the case was originally indicted with 19 co-defendants, including former President Trump.

"Four of those co-defendants, mostly lawyers, have pled guilty to the charges and were anticipated to be witnesses in the case against President Trump and all the remaining co-defendants.
"However, it now looks like there's a very good chance that the case is going to be derailed by these accusations.
"Which, if true, would suggest that the District Attorney for Fulton County, Fani Willis, has profited in some way from the prosecution in that she paid her alleged paramour $654,000 to be a special prosecutor on the case and then he returned the favour by taking her on lavish trips and vacations.
"So in some ways, she's profited from the prosecution, it could be argued."

The first black female district attorney for Fulton County, Willis denied the allegations and accused her critics of "playing the race card".
Summer said: "I think this is the last resort for someone who has been caught in a very embarrassing and uncomfortable position because there are three prosecutors that she hired on this case, two of them are white and then one of them is her alleged paramour who is African American.
"She is not alleged to be having an affair with the other two prosecutors. The other two prosecutors from my understanding were paid far less than the prosecutor with whom she is having this relationship, allegedly."
Christys said: "This is just hilarious, I mean it is very serious, but it is hilarious and it does make you wonder doesn't it of you are involved with these kinds of cases you cannot expect to get away with this kind of stuff, allegedly of course."

Nathan Wade is the prosecutor in question and according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, public records indicate that since January 2022, Wade has been paid about $654,000 in legal fees.
Ashleigh Merchant, Micheal Roman’s lawyer, claims that money went in part to paying for the couple’s vacations to Napa Valley, Florida, and on multiple cruises.
Summer explained that the motion filed by the defendant suggests that "it is a violation of the honest services fraud statute" which is a federal statute.
She said: "Sort of ironically it could be as several violations of the honest services fraud statute which would involve RICO potential. Which is what Donald Trump is charged with."
