Speaking on GB News America, Trump Jr said Americans “want their country back”, and acting on trans participation in sport is a component of this.

“They want strong leadership. They want somebody who will be a cheerleader for a nation”, he said.
“They want the American Constitution to be as strong as ever.

He added that the issue is symptomatic of Biden’s “weak” leadership as the incumbent US president fights for a second term.
“You’ve got this kind of convergence of two issues”, he said.
“Which is what some people find is almost the decline under weak leadership on one side and then so many social issues in this country coming together.
“I think it’s propelling my father in ways he’s almost never seen before because everybody knows exactly what he stands for.”
Biden is widely expected to come up against Trump in the November election in what would be a rematch of the 2020 election.
The US President has lashed out at suggestions he is no longer capable of performing the job to his best ability despite being the oldest ever incumbent.
The 81-year-old has pointed to the economy while accusing the media of focusing on the “wrong” matters while defending his record.
Trump romped to victory in the Iowa caucus with over half of the vote as he took his first step towards securing the Republican nomination.
Coming up against Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley, Trump called on his competitors for the candidacy to step down in order to not “waste time” in his bid to dislodge Biden.
