Eamonn Holmes was not receptive to a Democrat’s suggestion that Joe Biden is fit and raring to go for another presidential term during a lively debate on GB News.
According to Bob Mulholland from the Democratic National Committee for California, Biden’s perceived cognitive decline is overblown and Donald Trump has displayed a lack of sharpness also.
Eamonn slapped down Mulholland’s arguments, telling him to “come off it” as he claimed Biden’s fragilities are clear for all to see.
Mulholland said: “You can take videos of Trump doing the same thing.

“There’s very little difference between an 81-year-old and a 78-year-old. We will win this race.

Eamonn responded: “Bob, come off it. There’s nothing normal about that man at the moment.
“His mental capabilities don’t seem normal and if he was related to any of us, we would be deeply concerned.
“Even a blind man on a galloping horse can see he’s not in the room.”
Mulholland reaffirmed his claim that Trump is also prone to gaffes and Biden will win the November election despite moments that have concerned many.

“Trump, a few weeks ago forgot to mention his wife’s name”, he said.
“There’s plenty of times Trump looks at the mic and says ‘where am I?’”
Eamonn snapped back: “Nobody is disagreeing. You have two candidates here and are they the best you have to represent the most powerful country in the world?”
Co-host Isabel Webster agreed with Eamonn’s assertion, saying it is “apparent to everybody” that Biden is not fit to be leader.
It comes after another bizarre moment where Biden appeared to freeze on the spot whilst everyone around him danced.
The 81-year-old stood still while Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, danced along to the band.
Concerns have been raised over Biden’s ability to act as Commander-in-Chief for another four years, but the administration has always defended his ability.
He completed a cognitive test when he was in the Oval Office in 2018, and boasted about his alleged score of 30 out of 30.
