Tory MP Craig Mackinlay speaks out on 'little specialness that is never coming back'

Tory MP Craig Mackinlay says a "big sadness" that has emanated from his loss of limbs to sepsis is his inability to feel hand-to-hand contact with his daughter.

Mackinlay said he "can't feel that she is holding", which is a "little specialness which is never coming back".
