The Mayor of London's BlueSky account still has his pronouns included
Sadiq Khan has seemingly removed his “he/him” pronouns from his X profile.
The Mayor of London, who has not shied away from criticising the platform’s chief Elon Musk along with Donald Trump over their “war on woke”, initially included pronouns on his profile.
“Looks like the tide is turning and this type of virtue signalling is no longer trendy,” conservative contributor Chris Rose said online when he noticed the change.
Khan’s BlueSky account still includes personal pronouns.
The Mayor’s previous bio said: “Husband, father, and Mayor of the greatest city in the world. He/Him. Tweets before 9 May 2016 are from the previous Mayor.'

Since entering the White House, Trump has informed Washington agency employees that they must remove pronouns from their email signatures.
The move makes up a wider push for the President to decrease "radical and wasteful" diversity, equity and inclusion policies by the federal government.
LATEST NEWS:
Khan has consistently spoken out against the President and warned of “resurgent fascism” the day before Trump entered the White House.
On the evening before Trump’s inauguration, Khan wrote: “These are deeply worrying times, especially if you’re a member of a minority community.
“As historians and commentators increasingly find echoes of the 1920s and ‘30s in the present day, we cannot afford to throw in the towel.”
Previously, Khan banned his staff from using the phrase “ladies and gentlemen” in his bid for greater inclusivity in 2023.
His team was also not permitted to refer to migrants as “illegal” and were urged to describe them as having an “insecure immigration status” or were “undocumented”

Khan's team was also not permitted to refer to migrants as “illegal” and were urged to describe them as having an “insecure immigration status” or were “undocumented”.
The phrase “asylum seekers” was also encouraged to be swapped out in favour of “people seeking asylum”.
A spokesman for the Mayor of London said that the removal of pronouns from his X account was not permanent.
He said: “This seems to be a technical error, which we’ll put right as soon as possible.”
