Sir Keir Starmer has an "obsession with the so-called far right" after his controversial St George's Day speech, Nigel Farage has told GB News.
The Reform UK leader that his party was "out and proud as English", vehemently condemning the PM's reference to the Southport riots during the festive celebrations at the Downing Street reception last night.
At the event, the PM promised to "fight for our flag and what it represents" against people who attempt to "sow division in our communities, people taking the red and white of our flag, like the bunting downstairs, with them, as they throw bricks at businesses".
Previously, Starmer has blamed the social media-fuelled riots on the "far right" and now has declared that the series of riots was "why the battle for our flag is really important" today.

The PM added that the fallout of the riots "showed what it means to be English".
Discussing the reference, the Clacton MP told GB News: "His obsession with the so called far right comes through almost everything he says and does. And here it is again. Here it is again..."
"We're out and proud as English. And as I say, we got Welsh and Scottish and the other things that make up our party. They are scared.
"They know that there is a patriotic old Labour, what we used to call working class in the Midlands and the north of England, who are increasingly attracted by what Reform has to say. They are in full panic mode...

The PM is currently attempting to thwart the rise of Reform UK across the nation just days ahead of a major electoral litmus test for the party.
National pollster YouGov has most recently declared that the populist party is in the lead to top the polls with 25 per cent of the vote.
Meanwhile, Labour received 23 points with the Tories trailing behind on 20 per cent.

The Lib Dems were on 16 per cent and the Greens on 10 per cent.
At Prime Minister's Questions today, Starmer speculated that the Tories were planning a secret deal with Reform - without Kemi Badenoch's knowledge.
He told MPs that a "coalition between Reform and the Tories" - led by Robert Jenrick and Farage - would include "NHS charging; a pro-Russia foreign policy; an end to workers’ rights".
The PM was referring to a leaked recording where the shadow justice secretary told students that he was "determined" to "bring this coalition together and make sure we unite as a nation as well", last month.
