Farage announced his return to frontline politics earlier this month as leader of Reform UK and parliamentary candidate for Clacton.
The leader has continued to hit the headlines as Reform UK overtook the Conservatives in the polls last week dispelling claims about Farage's relevance in British politics.
Back in 2014, political commentator John Rentoul claimed: "In five years' time, we will have forgotten who Nigel Farage was."
Today, ten years since Rentoul posted the tweet, Farage responded teasing: "Guess who's back."

Farage was at the forefront of the pro-Brexit vote during the 2016 EU membership referendum and in April 2019, he stood down from UKIP and launched his new Brexit party.
Before the 2019 general election, Farage announced that following Brexit the party would be renamed as the Reform Party.
Farage then moved from a political to a media career after hosting The Nigel Farage Show on the talk radio station LBC.
He then stood down as leader of Reform and embarked on a television career as a host on GB News.
