Mick Lynch has torn into the Labour Party, accusing them of allowing "exploitation" and "institutional racism" at its conference.
The union boss criticised the party for allowing companies who rely on outsourcing to have a place at Labour's conference, saying those businesses are "institutionalizing racism in all of our big cities".
While he praised both Starmer and his deputy Angela Rayner for pledging to introduce the "biggest wave of insourcing in the history of British industry", he said migrant workers and people from minority communities are being "exploited by people who are in this conference this week".
Lynch - who is the boss of RMT union - demanded the groups "be called out" by the Labour Party, saying: "It is super-exploitation".

In a scathing rant, delivered at an event on the fringes of the Labour Party Conference in Liverpool, Lynch said: "Angela Rayner and Keir Starmer have said it in front of me and everyone else at this top table - We're going to have the biggest wave of insourcing in the history of British industry.
"Well, that's exactly what we need because the outsourcing model is what is degrading our working-class communities.
"It is also institutionalizing racism in all of our big cities.
"You do not have to be a social scientist to walk along the London Underground or walk along on the National Rail Network to see who is being exploited the most.
"It is black workers. New migrant workers. People from minority communities who are being paid the lowest wages of anyone in the country.
"And they're being exploited by people who are in this conference this week."

He added: "This is the delivery model of modern capitalism.
"It is super-exploitation. It is the avoidance of obligations to working people and these people have got to be called out in the legislation of the Labour Party.
"And outsourcing is probably the biggest problem that we're facing. And it has got to be addressed."
