Video footage shows the pair in a scuffle after Anderson reached for Bray's hat, which reportedly "wouldn't come off" and may have been "glued on".
Bray, known as "Stop Brexit Man", was using a megaphone to shout at Anderson as he walked across Parliament Square.

The protester allegedly called Anderson "a coward, a thug, a thief" before intercepting him.
After Anderson's attempt to remove the hat, Bray pushed back, leading to what one witness described as "man bags at dawn".

The confrontation was captured on camera by bystanders in Westminster, where Bray regularly protests with anti-Brexit signs and a megaphone.
Following the altercation, Bray told GB News: "He likes the attention. I like to show him up."
Anderson responded with a statement saying: "This professional nuisance is a menace to upstanding political figures like myself. The sooner this individual is carted off to the job centre, the better."
Speaking about the moment on GB News, Martin Daubney said: "I was at PMQs with my colleague Nigel, walking back with Lee Anderson across Parliament Square. Lee was going to a meeting down towards Downing Street.
"He was spotted by Bray. Bray was on his PA shouting across for everybody to hear. He was a coward, a thug, a thief and he intercepted Lee when they crossed."
During the confrontation, Bray could be heard saying: "He went for me. There's a thug."
The footage shows Anderson appearing to check if cameras were recording before attempting to remove Bray's hat.

He regularly uses a megaphone to call for the UK to rejoin the EU while holding anti-Brexit signs outside Parliament.
