An exclusive video unveiled by GB News has revealed a Labour Party canvasser hitting out at leader Sir Keir Starmer

A Labour canvasser has been captured on video criticising party leader Sir Keir Starmer, in an exclusive video obtained by GB News.

GB News has obtained footage of a man, appearing to be out canvassing for Labour, speaking to a potential voter, but used the opportunity to mock Starmer and his "grey" personality.

In the video, which has been distorted to protect the identities of those involved, the voter tells the campaigner that she "doesn't really like Sir Keir Starmer", the man let out a slight laugh as he replied: "Nor do I!"

The canvasser also revealed that he supports former leader Jeremy Corbyn, telling the individual that he is a "Corbyn man".

The man admitted: "Love it or hate it, I'm a Corbyn man. Between you and me, I think Keir Starmer is grey."

He continued: "He's not no personality. He's grey. I don't like him."

Discussing Keir Starmer's actions within the Labour Party, the campaigner also told the voter that he "doesn't like" what Starmer has done to the left-wing community.

He added: "I don't like what he's done to me and the other people on the left of the Labour Party."

When questioned by the voter why he is campaigning for Labour if he has such negative opinions of his leader, the man responded: "Because I want the Tories out."

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:

In the biggest bombshell of the surfaced video, the campaigner refers to the other Labour campaigners as a "mob", and reveals that he will be voting for a different party entirely at the upcoming July election.

The man claimed: "Between you and me and the gate post, don't tell the rest of this mob, I'm going to be voting Lib Dem.

"Because they will be able to be the most likely to get the Tories out."

Reaffirming his support for Jeremy Corbyn, the canvasser recalled to the voter how the former leader obtained "the biggest swing to Labour since 1945", but he was ousted because the party "got him on the antisemitism business".

The man then claimed: "Now, I'm not an anti-Semite, but I don't like what they're doing in Palestine."

Reacting to the video, GB News host Patrick Christys admitted it was "quite funny", and that Sir Keir Starmer is on "very thin ice" in the election campaign.

Echoing Patrick's thoughts, commentator Adam Brooks said the video obtained by GB News shows that "many on the far left of the party are not happy with what the Labour Party are", but are "simply going to support Labour because they are not the Tories".

Brooks added: "There's a lot of the public that will maybe support Labour because of the hatred of the Tories."
