Rishi Sunak has inadvertently revealed good news for King Charles, admitting that the King's cancer diagnosis was "caught early".
He said he was "shocked and sad" to hear of the King's diagnosis, adding that he is in "regular contact" with him and will continue to be "as normal".
The Prime Minister told the BBC he is thankful it was "caught early" and that "everyone will be wishing him a full recovery".
He added: "That's what we're all hoping and praying for".

In the meantime, Sunak said: "We'll crack on with everything".
Sunak said he is sure that many families will have been "touched by the same thing", adding: "We will be willing him on and hopefully we can get through this as soon as possible".
King Charles III, 75, received the diagnosis after undergoing separate treatment for a benign prostate enlargement.
In a statement, Buckingham Palace expressed the monarch's desire to assist the public's understanding about cancer.
It said: "His Majesty has chosen to share his diagnosis to prevent speculation and in the hope it may assist public understanding for all those around the world who are affected by cancer."
