Elon Musk has waded into British political matters in recent days

Keir Starmer will be “gone by February”, the father of Elon Musk has astonishingly claimed on GB News.

Speaking to Tom Harwood and Emily Carver, the tech mogul’s dad let rip at the job done by Starmer as Labour mark six months in power.

He claimed Starmer's position as PM is becoming untenable and he will be ousted from the role by next month.

“The backlash against Starmer is enormous and they are playing it down hugely”, he said.

“In reality, no government in Starmer’s position accepts people feeling sorry for them, there’s a sort of weak side of society that lets them go on.

“They must go. They have to go. By February I imagine, he will be gone.”

Elon Musk is a frequent commenter on UK affairs and has taken to his social media platform, X, in recent days to wade in on the grooming gangs scandal.

Labour Health Secretary Wes Streeting says his interventions have been “misinformed” and “misjudged” while calling on the tech billionaire to “roll his sleeves up” and help the Government tackle child sex abuse and exploitation online.

Musk has spoken positively about Reform UK and its leader, Nigel Farage on X and is reportedly considering making a donation to the party.

Errol Musk told the People’s Channel that his son’s interest in UK affairs stems from a “deep” care for the country.

“England means so much to all of us, even the Americans”, he said.

“It’s very important to us. Elon is talking about it because he is simply in a position to comment. Millions would be doing the same thing if they were in a position to comment.”

The Tesla owner and key adviser to US President-elect Donald Trump has claimed the Prime Minister failed to bring “rape gangs” to justice during his time as director of public prosecutions.

Musk also called for Safeguarding Minister Jess Phillips to be jailed after she rejected requests for a Home Office-led public inquiry into child sexual exploitation in Oldham.

In an extraordinary intervention, Musk even called for King Charles to dissolve Parliament, responding "Yes" to a post suggesting this action for Britain's "sake and security".

The tech billionaire branded the grooming gangs scandal "State-sponsored evil" and expressed support for activist Tommy Robinson.
