Broadcaster Carole Malone has launched a scathing attack on Rachel Reeves over her acceptance of free Sabrina Carpenter concert tickets.
Reeves has defended her acceptance of the free tickets, insisting it was "the right thing to do" given her security requirements.
Reeves told the BBC: "I do now have security, which means it's not as easy as it would have been in the past to just sit in a concert, although probably a lot easier for everyone concerned."
Speaking to GB News, Malone branded the Chancellor as "greedy" and "brazenly on the take" in a furious rant.

Speaking to Patrick Christys, Malone said: "You said this was the right thing for her to do. Rachel Reeves would know the right thing if it smacked her in the face.
"The right thing to do was not to accept free tickets in the first place. I know they're allowed legally to do it as long as they declare.

"There is a caveat in that that says public perception must be taken into account. And the public perception here is that she's greedy.
"She's on the take. She's brazenly on the take. This all comes hot on the heels of Starmer and what he was doing with free clothes, free glasses, free whatever.
"It was a massive scandal about that. And she's doing this. There was a massive scandal about the Taylor Swift concert, and she's doing this hot on the heels of that."
Reeves confirmed she would declare the tickets, which were reportedly provided by AEG.
This follows similar controversies involving other Labour ministers, including Sir Keir Starmer who previously faced criticism for accepting Taylor Swift tickets.
When asked whether she paid for the tickets, Reeves responded: "These weren't tickets that you could pay for, so there wasn't a price."
She added: "Obviously there was a price, but they weren't tickets you were able to buy."
The Chancellor's explanation comes after reports in multiple media outlets.

GB NewsAs a Government minister, Reeves receives a salary of £91,346 as an MP, plus additional compensation for her ministerial role.
The controversy comes amid growing scrutiny over Labour ministers accepting freebies.
The Prime Minister tightened rules regarding ministers accepting gifts and hospitality in November after facing criticism over donations.
Starmer paid over £6,000 for gifts and hospitality he had received since becoming prime minister, including costs for six Taylor Swift tickets.
He defended accepting corporate hospitality from Arsenal Football Club in September, explaining that security costs to sit in the stands would cost taxpayers more.
