‘I will hold this wretched government to account’: Ben Habib to stand for Reform UK in Wellingborough by-election

Ben Habib has revealed that he will be standing for Reform UK in Wellingborough by-election.

The former Brexit Party MEP confirmed the news during a press conference this morning alongside party leader Richard Tic.

The politician said that he will "‘hold this wretched government to account" and heavily criticised the Labour and Conservative party.

Speaking at the press conference he said: "I take the position extremely responsibly and the reason I'm standing in Wellingborough is because it's not sufficient anymore simply to defeat the Tories.

"We have to lead the way. Reform UK has to lead the way and get seats in Parliament."
