Former DUP leader Arlene Foster has hit out at Sinn Féin’s Westminster abstention after the party became Northern Ireland’s largest Westminster party.
After a hugely disappointing night for the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP), Sinn Fein walked away with seven seats.
A notable loss came at the expense of Ian Paisley in North Antrim, who lost the seat that had been in the Paisley family for more than 50 years, having previously been held by his father.
