There is a war going on in Britain.
Yesterday, we witnessed a major moment: the unanimous decision of the court that the terms “woman” and “sex” in the Equality Act 2010 refer to biological women and biological sex.
A big battle was won. Women are women. Men cannot legally be women—not even if they put on a frock and call themselves one.
Surely, the fight now turns to Britain’s hyper-woke, far-left public services. They need to remove outdated and nonsensical policies.

The British Transport Police, by the sound of it, have made a decent start. They announced that trans women—meaning biological males—will no longer be allowed to strip-search women. Good. And trans women will instead be searched by men. Also good.
There’s also an update on the issue of toilets. The Chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, Baroness Falkner, has stated that single-sex services—like changing rooms and toilets—must be based on biological sex.
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS
That’s a step in the right direction. Apparently, this applies to sports as well. So, no more men in women’s changing rooms or women’s sports.
Of course, all of this actually needs to happen. But we must go further.
Schools need to stop filling children’s heads with trans ideology and telling impressionable youngsters that they can be born into the wrong body.
We've already seen where this leads. There are now reports of children identifying as animals—or, in one case, even the moon.
Meanwhile, many left-wing Labour politicians seem to have done nothing to stop it. And now they're being exposed.
Take this absolute gem from Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar. He claimed he has “always supported the protection of single-sex spaces.”
Then came one of the most glorious community notes on X (formerly Twitter): it turns out he told his MSPs to vote in favour of Nicola Sturgeon’s bill, which would have opened up women’s changing rooms to men. So no, that wasn’t really true, was it?
Now the big battle is with the NHS.
The Supreme Court revealed the outcome yesterday
PAThey call women “chest feeders.” Well, I’m sorry—but my wife will not be a “chest feeder” when she gives birth to our child.
She is very much a woman, thank you. A woman who will have gone through something only a woman can experience. We brought you the case of the Darlington nurses about a year ago on GB News.
They were made to share their changing rooms with a biological male who had male genitalia—and even had a girlfriend. When they objected, they were told to use a side room in a corridor to get changed.
Well, I think, after yesterday’s Supreme Court ruling, perhaps they should get their changing room back.
