I'm talking about a criminal record after being found guilty of fraud by misrepresentation. You couldn't make it up.

But also conviction is now spent and people argue it was the lowest level crime. Doesn't sound great, does it? Especially when you're pontificating about Boris Johnson.

Louise was apparently mugged and her mobile phone snatched - only later she found it after being given another one, and she didn't bring it to the attention of her employers, Aviva.

She pled guilty to fraud with misrepresentation, something she says she regrets.

Thing is, Sky News reported that two people who knew her at the time claimed that she just wanted an upgrade on her phone. This, Louise claimed, was ridiculous.

She also claimed that Sir Keir Starmer knew all about it and gave her the job anyway, but it transpired that he didn't know the extent. He's hot on this, apparently.

Which begs the question as to why he gave her the job in the first place?

People say that she's achieved a lot in her four months, as though her achievements have been good. So let's take a look at these achievements in these last few months.

This is the woman on the eve of a summit with P&O bosses, who were set to attend the summit, worth billions to this country, Transport Minister Louise said this about the company: "I've been boycotting P&O Ferries for two and a half years, and I'd encourage consumers to do the same."

The bosses were so annoyed they threatened not to attend the business summit. Bad judgement or what?

She's credited with ending the strikes for rail workers. Yes, I think we could all do that if we caved in to the union demands without any conditions in place.

One of the first things she agreed to was an inflation-busting pay rise for the rail workers, keeping all the dodgy working practices. There were no concessions whatsoever - anyone can do that, but I guess it's not her money.

I frankly saw it as pretty irresponsible. A bit like when the banks were bailed out - remember that disaster and Gordon Brown sold all our gold.

I mean, if you're going to stand on the plinth of integrity castigating others, you will fall on your sword. People are saying that Keir is being ruthless, but I'm not buying this. I'm sorry, Louise, but something smells fishy. This isn't over.
