If , in this week’s King’s Speech you were expecting to hear something mind- blowingly positive about how slippery Keir Starmer was going to fulfil his solemn promise to “ Stop The Boats. Think again.

There was Nada. Zilch. Lots about how Labour is going to build vast housing estates all over Britain’s beautiful Green Belt largely to accommodate those flooding into this country thanks to out of control immigration.

Lots about how they’re going to throw up wind turbines and pylons over what’s left of our land to “ save the planet.”

Lots about scrapping anti strike laws and giving more power to the unions allowing them to bring this country to a standstill whenever they feel like it.

But nothing about how it going to tackle out of control immigration. Oh hang on the government DID say it was going to make the advertising of people smuggling illegal and arrest those who do it - even though they will have no idea who they are or where they are. And frankly it’s not a move that’s hardly going to have people traffickers quaking in their boots.

Since Keir Starmer was elected more than 1,100 migrants have hit our shores. The only thing that was a viable deterrent - the Rwanda plan – has been scrapped even though it’s now being deployed in countries all over Europe. And he STILL hasn’t said how exactly he’s going to stop the boats. What he has done is said he’ll fast track the 90,000 who were due for deportation to Rwanda which means they’ll no longer be illegal. He’s also going to allow more than 100,000 illegal migrants already in the system to apply for asylum which is the polar opposite of a deterrent. He might as well take out an ad inviting people from the poorest countries around the world to “ Come on down to Britan- Get your houses and your benefits here…”

If this doesn’t guarantee tens of thousands more risk their lives to make that perilous crossing, I don’t know what will.

Last year more than 1M million people came to Britain most of them from outside Europe pushing net migration to 622,000 in one year - the equivalent of two cities the size of Nottingham.

Bit more important the latest figures from the Office of National Statistics says there was virtually no natural population growth in England and Wales in ‘22-‘23 but 600,000 plus as a result of immigration. Which means our tiny country is buckling under the strain – not from the needs of its own people but from the tens of thousands around the world who come here every year.

And respected pollster Matt Goodwin says there’s much worse to come. He says that over the next 12 years the population is expected to increase by 6.5M – about 10%- and 90% of that will be due solely to immigration.

That’s enough people to fill FIVE cities the size of Birmingham. Just stop and think about that for a second.

Where the Hell are they all going to go presumably in the millions of new houses that Starmer is going to obliterate our beautiful countryside with, countryside that will be decimated in order to house people from sub Saharan Africa, Vietnam, Albania, Egypt and India – none of which are countries at war as far as I’m aware.

The fact is we need fewer people not more houses.

Worse as Goodwin says, the British culture will soon be non-existent. In fact ,according to him its already on it’s on the way in cities like Bristol where 90 languages are spoken among 285 different ethnic groups.

The fact is Starmer has always made clear he has no real objections to immigration – not even illegal immigration it seems. He’s already said publicly that much of anti-immigration law is racist and he’s publicly opposed ( and helped stop) the deportation of foreign criminals.

Its presumably why he wants to overturn Sunak’s Illegal Migration Act which was designed to get tough on those coming across on overloaded dinghies.

Wasn’t the whole point of leaving the EU - which Starmer seems determined to get us back into – to take control of our borders. But much of the EU now is actually implementing Rwanda style plans because it realises their countries’ infrastructures are buckling under the strain. They literally can’t cope.

But Starmer’s weasliness on this issue, his refusal to see the dangers puts Britain in mortal danger of collapse. We’re already in a situation where we can’t cope with the thousands flocking here. And it’s now blindingly clear that, under this Labour Government, the already unacceptable numbers are going to double, maybe even triple.

In 20 years time what the Hell will this country look like - not recognisably British that’s for sure.
