Good people forced to keep silent for fear of being branded criminals  - this is out of Stasi Communist playbook - Peter Bleksley

On a daily basis I have conversations with thoroughly decent, law-abiding, hard working or deservedly retired people, who have raised their children to know right from wrong, to work industrially, and to contribute to society.

Some of these fabulous people were born to immigrant parents, who came to the UK from countries as diverse as Ireland, India, Greece and Guyana.

Others date their British lineage back generations.

Not only are they all united by the massive contributions they have made to our great nation, but they all harbour the same fears and concerns. They are clearly not alone.

Reform UK polled over 4.1 million votes at the recent General Election. Firstly, they are concerned by unfettered migration into Britain.

They shake their heads when reading, with frightening regularity, the stories of boats washing up on our shores, packed to the flimsy sides with people that we get to hear almost nothing about, like where they’ve come from, what are their backgrounds and skills, where will they live and how will they pay their way and assimilate.

They are also concerned about the rise of Islam in the UK. This is a faith that they learnt nothing about in school, but unfortunately, they have learnt far too much about radicalised, murderous Islamists, through the atrocities that they have committed against our people.

And lastly, they are afraid of expressing their concerns publicly, for fear of being branded racist or ‘far-right’, whatever the heck that might mean.

The thought of these laudable Brits being labelled racist is as laughable as it is offensive.

Please remember, many of their parents came from across the globe, and many of them rightfully take great pride in their black or brown skin.

However, unworldly politicians, who live in their Westminster echo-chamber bubble, whilst being ‘advised’ by graduates in their twenties, have been brainwashed into thinking that Britain is a completely harmonious, multicultural melting pot, dominated by a love-thy-neighbour mindset, and therefore, anyone who has the evidence and temerity to challenge their nation-view, must be branded, put-down, and most worryingly, silenced.

This tactic is straight out of the post-war, Stasi Communist playbook.

Stop all opposition by branding all who challenge the establishment thinking as criminals. ‘That’ll shut them up.’ Well, it has, because many of these fine people will only express their concerns in private.

I’m delighted to have been given this opportunity to speak for them. I shall continue to do so.

They are my friends. They are my neighbours. They run our local businesses. They need to be heard.

Meanwhile, thousands of police remain on standby, riot gear at the ready.

Many of them are many hundreds of miles from home.

In other news, politicians visit mosques, although I don’t recall seeing any of them mingling with the locals in areas of chronic social deprivation, where industry has disappeared, and all hope is lost.

Small boats keep arriving. And all the time, good people keep schtum. You see, nothing has changed.
