The nightclub – which is comprised of three venues – was quickly stormed by firefighters who tried to control the flames.
The cause of the blaze is still unknown and is being investigated.
Police said that the rood of the building had collapsed, which made it harder for partygoers to exit.
Diego Seral of the National Police said the fallen roof was making it difficult to locate victims.
