Israel-based journalist Natalie Blenford was interrupted mid-interview, as air-raid sirens began to sound during an interview with GB News.
Blenford, who is based in Tel Aviv, joined Mark Longhurst and Pip Tomson on The Live Desk to discuss the ongoing war in Israel.
Following attacks over the weekend, hundreds have been killed in strikes from Hamas on Israel.
Blenford began her interview sharing the latest updates from Tel Aviv, and the "political developments" since the conflict began on Saturday.

Blenford’s interview was interrupted as an air-siren began to go off. Blenford said “oh there’s a siren. I’m gonna take you into the shelter with me, we’ll go together if you want to keep me on air. But I have to go into the shelter.”
Pip became concerned as she said: “As long as you're safe to keep talking?”
Blenford replied: “Yep, just give me a second.”
The signal then became staggered as Blenford took herself into her bomb shelter and closed the door.
Blenford then declared: “I’m safe. We’ve just changed over wifi network so the connection will take a second, but I am now in my shelter.”
Pip asked Blenford: “Natalie how often does this happen? How often has this been happening?”
Blenford stated: “I’m fine, I’m still here, I’m safe. We can continue if you want to.”
Pip asked again: “Are you able to tell us how often you have to escape into your shelter?”

Blenford said: “It hasn’t happened for about 24 hours, but I am very fortunate that I have a shelter in my home and if you listen now, I’m not sure if you can hear the siren still blaring, now you may hear an explosion, let's listen.”
Blenford paused in silence in an attempt to listen out for any explosions.
Mark then questioned: "And you think that might be what the iron dome defence system actually intercepting those missiles coming in?"
Blenford detailed: "Yeah so basically what happens is rockets get launched, the Israelis have a very sophisticated system called the iron dome which for those that don't know about it's not an actual dome, easy to think it is, I used to think so."
