A 32-year-old man died of sepsis seven months after undergoing penis surgery from a fake surgeon
A man who posed as a fake surgeon has been jailed for five years after a 32-year-old died following a botched penis enlargement surgery.
Torben K, 46, injected his supposed patient’s manhood and scrotum with silicone oil during a “girth enhancing” procedure.
The German catering worker was jailed on August 28 after he was convicted of causing death by grievous bodily harm.
The unnamed victim died of sepsis seven months after undergoing the operation in July 2019.

Torben K had no medical qualifications and offered his penis enlargement services online.
He also performed his procedures from his Solingen home.
The victim suffered from breathing problems following his treatment.
He eventually died of blood poisoning, liver and kidney failure in February 2020 after spending months in a specialist intensive care unit, prosecutors have revealed.
Investigators claimed the restaurant worker also treated a second man with the same life-threatening injections in March.
High State Prosecutor Wolf-Tilman Baumert told local media: “Unfortunately, the silicone oil ended up in the person's bloodstream.
“This led to severe health complications and, eventually, to his death.”
He added: “The fact that the man asked for the treatment is irrelevant from our point of view.
“The defendant acted in a highly immoral manner.”
The verdict is not yet legally binding and liquid silicone injections for genital enlargement have been used for years.
However, this cosmetic procedure is banned in the UK due to the serious risks involved.
One of the main risks is a condition called siliconoma.
