West Midlands Police name 10-year-old girl found dead in home as Shay Kang

A 10-year-old schoolgirl who was found dead in her home has been pictured and named.

Shay Kang, from Rowley Regis in Sandwell, was named by West Midlands Police today after officers arrested a 33-year-old woman yesterday.
