Mountain rescue teams continue to search for the car used by four teenagers
North Wales Police have launched an urgent search for four teenage boys who have been missing since Sunday morning.
Jevon Hirst, Harvey Owen, Wilf Henderson and Hugo Morris were travelling in the Harlech and Porthmadog areas of Gwynedd.
The quartet, reportedly from Shrewsbury, were last seen in a silver Ford Fiesta.
Officers confirmed the registration number was HY14 GVO.
Officers located the car at around midday, adding: "Police officers and colleagues from other emergency services are currently at the location and the families of those involved have been kept updated."
It is believed the group ventured into North Wales to go camping in the Snowdonia area.
They were expected to return home on Monday morning.
Family members have become increasingly concerned about the group failed to make contact with loved-ones.
“I am frantic with worry,” Harvey’s mother wrote on Facebook.

Another woman, who said her daughter was in a relationship with one of the boys, added: “My daughter's boyfriend is the first lad.
"They have been missing up Snowdonia after going camping yesterday and were due home this morning but have not been seen or heard from since.
“Please share with as many as possible so we can try and get them home safely thank you.”
Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue Team chairman Chris Lloyd confirmed Sunday was spent looking for the vehicle after police asked for support.
He said: "We were called out by North Wales Police early yesterday afternoon.
"Our first job was to look for any indication they were on the mountain.
"We deployed two or three teams to drive around all the carparks.
"We cannot find the car. We are still actively looking for it and are continuing to search. We don't have specific area where to search."

But Coastguard helicopters have also been searching the Glaslyn Nature Reserve almost 50 miles away.
In a statement, North Wales Police said: “Police have concerns for four young males missing from the Harlech/Porthmadog area since the morning of the 19/11/23.
“The four males' names are Jevon Hirst, Harvey Owen, Wilf Henderson and Hugo Morris.
“They were travelling in a Silver Ford Fiesta registration HY14 GVO.
“Any sightings please contact North Wales Police and quote ref num A184194.”
